Pact of the Owls: Introductions

In 2394, A terrorist group wiped out all the power in the world. 11 years later, the group comes with advanced technology. They tricked most of the population of Earth, by promising a shining new future. It truth only a few families have ever recieved this promise, the successful ones. The rest of the population was forced into labor and servatude. After so many centuries, this "Empire" still stands unchallenged. Most species of animals have gone extinct as well. Maybe it is time for magic to return to this world, and take hold of it's workings again.
